And my room still has an upper hand, but I will take the advantage soon.

Other than that, its been difficult being a manager and trying to lead people who are twice my age. Even if my logic is bullet proof and it is in the greater interest for the individuals and the organization as a whole I find I get argued with both on the premise of the change or semantics. Just cause you are older than me doesn't mean you are wiser. I got a Minor in Management and 6 years of military experience, but to these people experience and academic study doesn't matter. The fact that I am half their age means I am not mature.

I love Space: Above and Beyond. Great Sci Fi! but like Firefly, Fox canceled it after first season.
